✅ When Can You Get a Refund or Replacement?
You can ask for a refund or replacement if:

The meat was damaged during delivery

The meat was not fresh or had a serious quality issue
But please understand, we can’t give a refund if:

You simply changed your mind

You ordered the wrong item by mistake

You gave us the wrong delivery address or phone number
⏰ How Much Time Do You Have to Complain?
Please contact us within 2 hours after you receive your order.
Since meat is perishable, we may not accept complaints made after 2 hours.

We usually complete refunds in 3 to 5 working days.
