📍 Where Do We Deliver?

We currently deliver in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, and nearby areas.

🕒 How Long Does Delivery Take?

Usually, we deliver your order within 90 minutes, depending on your location and when you place the order.

• For same-day delivery, please place your order before 6:00 PM

• If you order after 6:00 PM, we may deliver it the next morning

Even though we work fast, sometimes unexpected things like traffic or weather can cause short delays. We’ll inform you if that happens.

🧊 How Do We Pack the Meat?

We pack your meat in clean, food-safe, and sealed containers to keep it fresh.
Our team follows strict hygiene rules at every step — from cutting to delivery — so you receive safe and healthy meat every time.

🚪 What If You Miss the Delivery?

Please make sure someone is at home to receive the order.
If our delivery person can’t reach you, they will try calling you.
If no one answers or collects the order, we will mark it as missed delivery, and we may not be able to give a refund.
