When Can You Get a Refund or Replacement?

You can ask for a refund or replacement if:

  • You got the wrong item

  • The meat was damaged during delivery

  • The meat was not fresh or had a serious quality issue

But please understand, we can’t give a refund if:

  • You simply changed your mind

  • You ordered the wrong item by mistake

  • You gave us the wrong delivery address or phone number

How Much Time Do You Have to Complain?

Please contact us within 2 hours after you receive your order.
Since meat is perishable, we may not accept complaints made after 2 hours.

Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Call or WhatsApp us at +91 7993641515

  2. Share your order number and send a photo of the item you received

  3. Tell us clearly what the issue is (wrong item, bad quality, damaged, etc.)

We will check everything and get back to you within 24 hours.

💸 What Happens Next?

Once we confirm your complaint, you can choose either:

  • A full refund to the same payment method you used
    OR

  • A free replacement delivered to you as soon as possible

We usually complete refunds in 3 to 5 working days.

⚠️ Important Points to Remember

  • We can’t accept late complaints

  • We do not take back delivered meat because of hygiene rules

  • If you entered the wrong address or gave incorrect details, we cannot refund
